Safety, real time control and traceability
For a company that deals with cargo handling, safety is of fundamental importance in terms of both human and economic costs. To protect men and companies, Torello offers a range of services to support the customer.
Traceability of transport
Our central objective is to ensure the “traceability of transport” or to be able to check, via internet and in real time, the location of the goods and the vehicle before reaching its destination. We have a well-developed, high-performance, reliable and competitive remote control system thanks to considerable investments in technology.
For the transport of temperature-controlled goods, we use an Intelligent Technology system with detection of the biometric data of each refrigerator cell that constantly monitors the standard range, signalling via the web in real time any problems so as to solve them in the shortest possible time, while ensuring the correct preservation of the transported goods.
Our service and repair services ensure reliable and functional vehicles which, alongside constant monitoring of the same along with staff training, raise our standards. Moreover, the Torello fleet is subjected to washing activities as per HACCP and IFS Logistics norms, which ensure hygiene and food safety: a vehicle in perfect biological state.
Among the Companies accredited with the British Government
The borders of the United Kingdom are protected by immigration and customs control of people and goods entering the country. Torello has passed the safety standards tests, which led the British government to include it in the list of accredited transport companies.
Guaranteed Food Safety
The Food sector makes up about 54% of Torello’s activities providing a service that guarantees a high level of food safety, in compliance with the HACCP and IFS standards.
The Bureau Veritas – world leader in control, verification and certification of quality, Health and Safety, Environment and Social Responsibility – has confirmed the Higher Level IFS Logistic Version 2 attributed to Torello.
