Ready in position to be handed over to the longest-serving drivers in history with Torello: On Saturday, November 9, we delivered the first 5 New Actros. Ready to receive the vehicles are Carratù Raffaele, Cecere Michele, D’Errico Leonardo, Di Giorgio Francesco, and Pivchuk Anatoly.
Over two days – the next one will be held on November 16th – the delivery of the keys and a small toast with the drivers (thanking them) took place at the Montoro Headquarters.
The tenacity, and the original ethical values that have been appreciated and transferred along with awareness and a sense of belonging, amongst staff and clients over the years, have continued on the road paved by Nicola Torello, the first Torello driver.
Over the years numerous stories have come about: we have collected these stories and intend to share them because each and every one of the driver’s intent on “educating” the new generations of drivers on a seemingly remote job: yet for all the drivers here, this is a job which is inherently included and integrated in the values of the company
This day has surprised the drivers closely involved with Feel transport, the campaign promoting our relationships with partners. And who is our first partner if it’s not the driver, the first ambassador of Torello values? Indeed, it was Nicola Torello himself who started Feel transport.
Giuseppe D’Arienzo from the Driver Management Department delivered a pop-up truck with the following dedication: To Raffaele / Michele / Leonardo / Francesco / Anatoly / Antonio for the journey we’ve made.
The day ended with a small celebration with the managers of the logistic departments who communicate and work together with the “award-winning” drivers on a daily basis.
