Multi-Temperature Logistics: One Governance, Every Category

Mass market retail requires the management of a complete product assortment, ranging from ambient goods to frozen products, from fresh items to premium categories. Torello’s facilities cover the full temperature range required by modern category management.

Temperature Ranges and Goods Categories

  • Ambient – storage of dry goods such as pasta, biscuits, bottled water, beverages and canned products;
  • 0/+4°C – fresh and ultra-fresh products, including dairy, fresh-cut produce, meat, seafood and other highly perishable goods requiring frequent monitoring;

  • -20°C – frozen goods

  • +16/+18°C – temperature-sensitive premium products, including gourmet foods, wines, chocolate and bakery products;
  • +16/+18°C – temperature-sensitive premium products, including gourmet foods, wines, chocolate and bakery products.
